Hi, welcome to the Doodle Project!
Why was the Doodle Project founded?
A couple years ago, I went through a rough patch. I felt alone and didn't know how I could help myself. Looking back, I realize that just having a resource for mental health related information could have helped me a lot, so I decided to create the Doodle Project. I chose to spread mental health awareness through doodles because when I was struggling, art was one of the ways I helped calm myself down.
What exactly is the Doodle Project?
Good question! The Doodle Project is an Instagram account/blog that I created to spread mental health awareness, self care tips, and more through art. On the Instagram account, I share doodles that have messages relating to mental health. I also am working on turning my designs into stickers and selling them and donating the profits to mental health charities. On the blog, I share mental health related content that goes more into detail than my doodles do. I also have a community section where I share people's stories. Follow @the.doodle.project on Instagram to see more of our doodles!
